Event Horse Partnership

Purpose of the partnership: Produce quality event horses for sale and for Sandra
Donnelly to ride on the Canadian Team. Income will be generated through prize money and horse sales. In the case of a stallion, income could also be generated through selling of frozen semen.

Structure of the partnership: Partners will have percentage ownership of each of the horses equal to the percentage contribution of expenses paid out on the horses.
Expenses include but are not limited to purchase price, board, training, vet, farrier, show fees, transportation, alternative vet therapies (chiropractic, massage, etc), blankets, boots, and tack.

Benefits of belonging to the partnership:

1. Partners will enjoy the excitement of following their horses in training, showing, and at major international competitions.
2. Partners will feel pride in supporting a Canadian Team athlete actively representing Canada (most recently at the 2008 Olympics).
3. Some of the partners will have the opportunity to participate in international
   competitions as owners (owner accreditation).
4. The partnership is structured and managed to generate income. If the partnership records losses, the partners will have the ability to record these losses for tax purposes.
